Legion Furniture Warranty/Return-Claim Policy

Legion Furniture products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the day of purchase and subject to the original owner. Damage caused during moving or during installation is not a defect or warranty issue. This warranty does not cover installation or any other labor charges associated with the repair, removal, reinstallation, or consequential damages, damage due to installation error, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not cover product failure caused by abusive treatment, surface scratches, misuse, neglect, or damage due to handling or faulty installations. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to the original installation of the product. Defective products or parts will be replaced on a rush and availability basis. Legion Furniture must be notified in writing upon discovery of any defect in the product, including a detailed description of the alleged defect and include photos. This warranty does not apply to local building code compliance. The buyer should check with the local related plumbing codes before installation.

Tempered Glass Characteristic
Due to the manufacturing process, glass will tend to have a greenish tint; this is a natural feature and is not considered a defect. As a result of the tempering process or otherwise, color variations in glass may occur in certain products.

Stone Characteristics
Color and Pattern Variations in stone are a natural occurrence. Natural occurring stone characteristics such as variations in grain, color, mineral streaks are not considered as defective product.

Finish and Wood Characteristics
All wood naturally ages, darkens changes color and mellows over time due primarily to exposure to light. While this color change is imperceptible from day to day, it may be significant over a longer period, or due to amount of light, the wood is exposed to. On warranty replacement doors or drawers, we will not guarantee an exact color match. In addition, imperfections such as checks (small surface splits), pitch pockets (small dark holes) or darker mineral streaks are natural and are not considered defects.

Return Claim Policy

PLEASE INSPECT THE MERCHANDISE
BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY RECIPT, any damages must be noted on
the delivery slip and REFUSE THE MERCHANDISE IF THERE IS VISIBLE
DAMAGE. If damages found after signing, claims will be accepted at the carrier’s
discretion, Legion will not be liable for it.

EXCHANGES* All defective, missing parts or damaged products at our fault,
Legion will either replace or exchange for the same item or parts ONLY at our
discretion. There is 7-day period to report any defects. For damages, there is a 24-
48 hour to report concealed damage or any damages.

RETURNS* can be made ONLY within 7 days after the product arrives. All
returns need to be pre-authorized with RMA # before returning, fail to contact us
prior to refusing or returning the merchandise; customer will not be refunded and
shall be liable for all shipping cost. All “buyer remorse” returns will subject to a
15% restocking fee less shipping cost. If the return is a result of our error, the
full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded. All items must
be returned in new or unused condition with ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Refund
will take up 15 days to process. Please retain ALL original packaging, NO
EXCHANGE OR RETURN WITHOUT ORINGINAL PACKING. NO
EXCEPTIONS.
